("leapmac", "we", or "Company") and governs all data processing activities between you and us through our website, console, API interfaces, and related client software (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this Policy in full before registering an account or using the Service.By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Policy.If you disagree with any part of this Policy, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Information We Collect

To provide and continuously improve the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Account & Identity Information:Registered email address, username, password hash, phone number (if applicable), company name, and billing contact details.

2.2 Usage & Activity Logs:All SSH connection records for your rented nodes (including source IP, timestamp, session duration), console activity logs, API call records, support ticket content and attachments, and node restart/shutdown events. Logs are retained for a minimum of730 days

2.3 Network & Device Information:IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device fingerprint, cookie identifiers, HTTP Referer, and page interaction data collected when you visit our website.

2.4 Billing & Payment Information:Transaction amounts, payment method identifiers (excluding full card numbers), invoice details, and payment status. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS certified third-party gateways; we retain transaction records for financial audit purposes for a minimum of7 years

2.5 Automatically Collected Data:We and our third-party analytics partners (including but not limited to Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics) may automatically collect behavioral data via cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies, used for service optimization, security monitoring, and business analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

(1) Providing, maintaining, improving, and personalizing our Service; (2) Verifying user identity and preventing fraud and abuse; (3) Billing and financial reconciliation; (4) Sending service notifications, system announcements, marketing and promotional content (you may unsubscribe from marketing emails via account settings, but system notifications cannot be disabled); (5) Complying with legal and regulatory obligations and responding to lawful requests from government, regulatory, or judicial authorities; (6) Conducting internal data analysis and business research; (7) Protecting the legitimate interests of leapmac and its users.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. However, we may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances without prior notice:

(1)Affiliates:Subsidiaries of the leapmac group and related entities following mergers or acquisitions; (2)Service Providers:Partners providing data center hosting, CDN, payment processing, customer support systems, security auditing, and similar services, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations; (3)Legal Compliance:We are entitled and obligated to disclose information as required by applicable law, court orders, government directives, or regulatory requirements, without notice; (4)Business Transfers:In the event of a merger, asset sale, restructuring, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as a business asset; (5)Security Protection:To investigate, prevent, or address security threats, illegal activities, or violations of these Terms of Service.

5. Data Storage & Security

Our data is stored in data centers in Singapore, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and US West. We implement industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including transport encryption (TLS 1.3) and access controls. However,internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. leapmac accepts no liability for data breaches, loss, or damage resulting from cyberattacks, system vulnerabilities, third-party actions, or force majeure events.You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any losses resulting from credential compromise are your sole responsibility.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies (to maintain login state), functional cookies (to remember your preferences), and analytics cookies (to understand service usage). By continuing to use this website, you consent to our use of these cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies via browser settings, but this may affect certain features.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after account deletion. Specifically: billing records are retained for 7 years after account deletion; activity logs for 2 years; other data is typically deleted within 90 days, unless otherwise required by law.Please note that data on your node (i.e., data stored on your rented Mac hardware) is your sole responsibility to back up. leapmac provides no backup or recovery guarantees for node data.

8. Minors

This Service is not intended for individuals under 18. If we discover that a minor has registered without parental or guardian consent, we reserve the right to terminate the account and delete associated data.

9. Policy Changes

leapmac reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without seeking your separate consent. We will update the "Last Updated" date on this page when the Policy changes.Your continued use of the Service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.We recommend checking this page periodically.
